The main objective is to strengthen project delivery capacity within SPECTRA Centre of Excellence of the EU by developing and applying Project, Programme and Portfolio Management (P3M) approaches across research, education and innovation initiatives. The Subcentre supports the full lifecycle from concept and proposal development to implementation, monitoring, reporting and impact evaluation, ensuring robust governance, quality assurance and audit readiness in complex, multi-stakeholder projects. It builds on practical experience from Erasmus+ initiatives, translating lessons learned into reusable toolkits, templates and capacity-building activities for staff, partners and learners, with a focus on value delivery, compliance and measurable outcomes.
