Dendrologist, authorised landscape architect - specialist in the historical development of modern landscapes. Passionate traveller and photographer of plants and landscape architecture objects. Graduate of the Department of Garden and Landscape Architecture at the Faculty of Horticulture of the Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry in Brno (CZ), and doctoral studies
at the Faculty of Horticulture and Landscape Engineering of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra (SK).
He worked as a head gardener and manager at the Mlyňany Arboretum, as a project manager at the Agroinstitut in Nitra, and as a landscape architect/implementer at a private gardening company. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Vreštiak Horticultural Society. He currently works at the Faculty of Agriculture, Comenius University in Bratislava as a research scientist.
He is the author of hundreds of mostly commercial landscape architecture and landscape planning projects, focused on designing ecologically appropriate and aesthetically valuable, close-to-nature ecosystems under current climate change.
